Sunset Homes does a very professional job. The manager, Ian, has good building skills from years of experience. His father was in the business and he has worked in the USA on framing crews and understands efficient production. He is especially good at wood roofs and woodworking in general.

Ian also does computer-generated house plans. I'm rather critical regarding design, but I like Ian's work. He uses computer-aided design on AutoCad and Chief Architect, which makes it easy to convey design concepts to him. When I look at things he has personally designed, I say "I like this".
